Core & Pelvic Floor Series

Dealing with leaky pee, core weakness, diastasis recti, or want to learn how you can have a more integrated core during exercise and in day-to-day life? Want to build strength and function AND have fun during the “core” of winter?

This 6-week series combines alignment and movement awareness, strengthening, stretching, and an investigation of your breathing patterns in order to better support pelvic floor and core function.

We’ll be working together to retrain your core & pelvic floor muscles to be more functional, reflexive, responsive, and supportive to your body. This class series focuses on learning to move better, uncover movement compensation patterns, and create new patterns of strength, mobility, length, and support.

Each week, we'll explore movement flows that build strength, stability and function as well as body awareness skills that you can bring off the mat and into your daily life to support pelvic floor and core wellness.

Pelvic Floor & Core Immersion Workshop

Saturday, Jan. 26, 2019, 1:00 - 4:00 pm

Embodied• 7 Main St, 2nd & 3rd floors, Montpelier, VT

Join me to begin to explore how you can build a strong and functional foundation in movement and in life. This 3 hour immersive workshop combines movement and alignment awareness, strengthening, stretching, and an investigation of your breathing patterns to help you begin to access your core and pelvic floor more effectively. Our movement practice will focus on strength, stability and function as well as body awareness skills that you can bring off the mat and into your daily life to better support pelvic floor and core function.
