Dealing with core weakness, leaky pee, diastasis recti, or want to learn how you can have a more integrated core during exercise and in day-to-day life?
Learn a whole body approach to retraining your core and pelvic floor muscles to be more functional, responsive, and supportive to your body. Each week, we'll explore movement flows that build strength, stability and function as well as body and breath awareness skills that you can bring off the mat and into your daily life to support pelvic floor and core wellness.
Class includes weekly (optional) homework videos so you can deepen and continue your practice on your own! This class is fun, empowering, and supportive! Join me!

Booty Builders Series

Join me for a low impact movement class that will work your whole body... but(t) with an extra focus on the backside! Who doesn’t want to build a strong and functional derrière to better support their pelvic floor, core, and whole body health?
We'll be building strength, mobility and stability to benefit our whole body through both body weight and resistance exercises, often using simple props in fun and creative ways. In this class series, you'll be creating a stronger booty while improving your core strength and learning to move better while you're at it. Modifications are provided as much as possible and the class atmosphere is focused on listening to your body, and moving smarter and more effectively!
Includes weekly mini-class videos that will be emailed to you after each class so you'll have a little video library to continue your practice at home!

Pelvic Floor & Core Immersion Workshop

Struggling with sneeze pee, core weakness, diastasis recti, or want to explore how you can build a strong and functional foundation in movement and in life? This 3 hour immersive workshop combines movement and alignment awareness, strengthening, stretching, and an investigation of your breathing patterns to help you begin to access your core and pelvic floor more effectively. Our movement practice will focus on strength, stability and function as well as body awareness skills that you can bring off the mat and into your daily life to better support pelvic floor and core function. After the workshop, you'll also receive an Intro Program via email so that you can continue your practice at home.
