Dealing with leaky pee, core weakness, diastasis recti, or want to learn how you can have a more integrated core during exercise and in day-to-day life?
This Restore Your Core™ 6-week series combines alignment and movement awareness, strengthening, stretching, and an investigation of your breathing patterns in order to better support pelvic floor and core function.
As a certified Restore Your Core™ teacher, in this class we’ll be working together to retrain your core & pelvic floor muscles to be more functional, reflexive, responsive, and supportive to your body. This class series focuses on learning to move better, uncover movement compensation patterns, and create new patterns of strength, mobility, length, and support.
Each week, we'll explore movement flows that build strength, stability and function as well as body awareness skills that you can bring off the mat and into your daily life to support pelvic floor and core wellness. You’ll also receive weekly (optional) homework so that you can continue your practice on your own during and after and course!

Booty Builders Series

Join me for a low impact movement class that will work your whole body but(t) with a little extra focus on the backside!
Who doesn’t want to build a strong and functional derrière to better support their pelvic floor, core, and whole body health?
We'll be building strength, mobility and stability to benefit our whole body through both body weight and resistance exercises using bands, and other simple props.
In this class series, you'll be creating a stronger booty while improving your core strength and learning to move better while you're at it! Modifications are provided as much as possible and class atmosphere is focused on listening to your body, and moving smarter and more effectively!
Includes weekly mini-class videos that will be emailed to you after each class so you'll have a little video library to continue your practice at home!

Pelvic Floor & Core Immersion Workshop

Struggling with sneeze pee, core weakness, diastasis recti, or want to explore how you can build a strong and functional foundation in movement and in life? This 3 hour immersive workshop combines movement and alignment awareness, strengthening, stretching, and an investigation of your breathing patterns to help you begin to access your core and pelvic floor more effectively. Our movement practice will focus on strength, stability and function as well as body awareness skills that you can bring off the mat and into your daily life to better support pelvic floor and core function. After the workshop, you'll also receive an Intro Program via email so that you can continue your practice at home.
