Hi, I’m vanessa!
I teach movement and exercise with a focus on pelvic floor and core wellness and whole body function through a holistic, supportive approach.
I offer private sessions, classes and workshops in person and via Skype. I’m the creator of Move Well Mama, a comprehensive prenatal exercise and movement video series featured in Liz Wolfe’s super stellar Baby Making & Beyond program (BMB). You’ll also find me on the Baby Making & Beyond team as their Movement Specialist.
My programs and classes are all about empowering you to become more functional, (re)connect with your body, and feel confident in your body’s strength.
I work in collaboration with YOU to help you gain strength, mobility, and body awareness through movement, alignment awareness, and exercises tailored to your body and your goals.
I can help you:

- Improve or close your diastasis recti
- Have a more comfortable pregnancy and better prepare your body for birth
- Gain awareness of your own movement patterns and alignment
