Hi, I’m vanessa!

I specialize in movement for all stages of mamahood, with a focus on whole body function and pelvic floor and core wellness through a holistic, supportive approach.

I offer private sessions, classes and workshops in person and via Skype. I’m the creator of Move Well Mama, a comprehensive prenatal exercise and movement video series featured in Liz Wolfe’s super stellar Baby Making & Beyond program (BMB). You’ll also find me on the Baby Making & Beyond team as their Movement Specialist.

My programs and classes are all about empowering you to become more functional, (re)connect with your body, and feel confident in your body’s strength.

I work in collaboration with YOU to help you gain strength, mobility, and body awareness through movement, alignment awareness, and exercises tailored to your body and your goals.
